Account & Data Deletion — LeatherKart

If you'd like your LeatherKart account and associated personal data deleted, follow these steps:

Email support@leatherkart.com.au from the email address linked to your account.
Use the subject line "Account Deletion Request".
Include your full name and the email/mobile number used to register, so we can verify and locate your account.

We'll confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your account login details, saved addresses, wishlist, and browsing/account activity data.

What we retain, and why: completed order records (products purchased, amounts, delivery address at time of order) are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with Australian tax and consumer law record-keeping obligations, even after account deletion.
